Q: Bank Reconciliation An Account With A Difference Greater Than €1?

I am bundling a number of P30 payments together as wages for July – December were all paid in December – Because the wages are paid on a week one basis they have to be posted as the date they are applicable to but July – Nov p30 payments were taken in one payment but the aggregate of the p30s differs by €1.20 – i know the auto adjust only allows for €1 – help as i cant adjust the p30 or wages wont tally!

Hi W,
We’re working on a solution to bundling of Bills in the bank rec and auto adjusting. Revenue is pretty strict as to what can be ‘Adjusted’, so we’re working on a solution. You can just ignore it in the bank rec for the moment.
