Q: Bulk Import Supplier Invoices Into Bullets Business Accounting Online?

Hi Can I do this at al, I don’t see an option for it.
I would like to bulk import invoices with the required matching fields as I use podio to store and categorize invoices

Hi, 
I’m afraid there isn’t a bulk import form. The reason for this is in Bullet we calculate your vat totals and not all invoices tools allow for vat or record it correctly.
A lot of people who are moving from one accounting product to another simply keep a local copy of historical data. Any items that are still valid, like a due invoice they simply recreate and mark as due.

    ok we have a file prepared with the vat already broken down which we would like to import weekly or enter weekly - manual entry is the only option?

    Hi,

    I don't quite understand. Are you looking to create your invoices in another system other than Bullet?
