Can I send customer statements to customers?

Can I send customer statements to customers in Bullet. I want to be able to simply create a statement of accounts for a customer and send it via email to them.

Yep, you can send customer statements, we have it all built into an email workflow as well. Simply go Invoices/Clients/Client Name/Account Statements and you can view or email them to the clients.

    And just to clarify. This will remain free unless I use payroll?

    Yep, we'll have upsells like multi user, and we'll be bringing on some features beyond accounting soon that we'll charge for. But you get 100% free, no caps, online invoicing and full double entry online accounting.

    Payroll is €4pm base price, and then €3pm for every employee up to 10, from there it's €1 per employee after. So we don't get paid till you get paid.

    Sounds really good. I run a print & design business and have lots of clients who are startups or want to get their accounts online. I have been using waveapps up to now but big bugbear is lack of customer statements. If all goes well I can see lots of new clients for you from my clients.

    Another thought.
    Is there a way that I could setup accounts for a client to include customers, products etc and then hand it over as a complete turn key package??

    What exactly do you mean by products? Everything else seems doable, just create the account and give them the U&P.

    I have a fishmonger for example who would need all their products listed. New regulations state they must include scientific names of fish supplied. So I would like to have all this in place before handing over. Also is there a way to change the username on an account on handover?

    Ok two things for you. You can create as many free accounts as you like with whatever email you like, we can add you to those account too. Our multi user mode is free at the moment but will be charged at a flat fee of €4.99 no matter how many people are on the account.
