Credit card statement import – Free Online Small Business Accounting Software Questions & Answers

I’ve had this issue before and thought it was resolved.
I’ve used the same format .csv file as before.
i am getting an import error of ‘Invalid header’
I have deleted any rows and columns around the data but still no joy.
I have checked cell formats.
Unfortunately, i don’t seem to be able to attach the small csv file to the question,

Hi Harry,

Sadly we’ve to use this to import credit card and bank data – but the new EU reg’s passed will open API’s in the next 1-2 years.
Can you send me the file and I’ll have a look at it – it’s usually always some random cell with html crap in it. Shoot the file to help@bullethq.com and the team will have a look and I’ll get back to you directly.
