That depends. 
Auto adjust is to allow for small (1euro) differences. Revenue allow this slide. 
Where are you getting the Auto Adjust on?

    It doesnt specify. I ticked all the boxes for the transactions I wanted to reconcile and then clicked approve and next. Then under the heading Some Problems...the message reads Total of selected items does not match total of Bank Transaction. Select auto adjust to match them?? However the amounts I have ticked match whats on my bank statement.....
