Hi David,
Just hit the control (Ctrl) and F5 button at the same time to refresh the software and then try it again.

The idea of a final invoice in Bullet is really only when you've paid it. So you can edit it as much as you want. When it's paid it gets posted to your accounts if that's the questions you're asking.
