Hi John,
I’m afraid we can’t advise on that kind of information – we’re not accountants. 
We’ve built workflows for all the vanilla tasks in accounting, where there is no interpretation.
With journal entries esp around shares there is interpretation. It’s best to get an accountant to advise you. If you don’t have one I can get one to talk to you.

    I had asked him how to input to BHQ and that's what he wrote back

    Hi John,
    Those accounts don't exist in our chart of accounts, so you'll need to create them.
    Again, I'd just ask him to login and create them. That's what you're paying him for.
    Don't try and do them yourself, it will lead to problems later on.
