Hello…. thought i’d surprise you by mailing in the morning instead :) I have another question. Sorry. So I’ve been doing the bank rec. There is a pyament for Niamh who used to work with me for €93 that she gave me back after I overpaid her wages. There wasn’t anything in Bullet for it so I clicked the Not Here? Create something and did a manual journal to add it in with a note. I still cant reconcile it though. What should I do?

I’m actually not sure. That’s more an accounting question.
You must have done the journal entry wrong.
I’m not sure you can reconcile a journal entry. Let me find out first.

    I have another transaction on the bank for 1599.02 on 03 March 2015. It is in Bullet and shows up but its not there in the list of things to be reconciled

    no the same with a few others too. This other one Satis. This is a screenshot of the payments made. They are all imported into the bank but it won't let me reconcile them either :(

    Its like bullet has added the 2 invoices together even though they payments were made separately for the 5086.06 one. How do I fix that.

    Ok.
    Sure I'll have a look. Shoot me the items your having problems with and I'll have a look at them. If there is an product issue Bullet will give you a warning. So it's most likely an accounting issue.
    One last Q is this rec from the manual list you created in excel?

    Yes but I have the bank statements here in front of me and they are o.k so whats coming up in the 'What's in your bank statement' is correct and matches off the printed statement
