    D'Oh! It doesn't work in Chrome for Mac. I will try to attach it from a windows machine.

    Hmm. It should work on any browser. You might have Java Script turned off.

    Peter - I tried a little while later and the payment was registered OK but FYI here is the screeny anyway. Safari/Mac has no problem uploading it but Chrome/Mac does not upload the attachment for me. Cheers, Enda

    One more thing Peter, when I click the ? icon on the menu bar I end up in different places depending on the current page. On the dashboard the ? redirects to the community page whereas elsewhere is opens the chat dialog. This behaviour is the same for both browsers and seems counterintuitive, or am I missing something? Thanks

    PS in chrome javascript was ON and ad blockers were disabled.

    Hi,
    Cool that save issues should be resolved.
    The redirection issue is browser based so I can't help you with it. It's usually some Java issue or a plugin crossing.

    Hi - just coming back to you with some more info on this. It is a plugin called "Privacy Badger" that stops the chat dialog from opening. The default target of the ? link is https://www.bullethq.com/community/question/ask-a-question/ - which must be overridden by some javascript which opens the dialog. Disabling the plugin for your site removes the problem.

    Ha. I was wondering. Plugins are tricky. I'd to remove a tone of them. But, they're pretty handy.

    Funny that, as intercom.io on your site is the main offender according to the blocker. 11 trackers in total, 3 for GA and the other 8 for intercom.io. That seems like a lot!!!

    Hmmm. We're moving to user engage. It does the same if not more for 29$pm not 256$pm.
    Load up their site and see do you get as many bugs?
