Hey Guys – where can I add new Bill / Categories ?

    I see there are default categories, but I need to add a different one. I cannot see where the setting is to add a new one.

To the chart of Accounts? You’ll see them up in the top right hand corner. Accounting & Reports.

    use the "Expense" one and this will show on the "bill = category' drop-down?

    Yep. They're 'accounts' these accounts are used to build your management reports, tax etc. So don't use them to categorise projects etc.
    If your not familiar with them I'd leave them alone
