Hey Pete :))))) I added a load of expenses a few weeks ago that were mine and I just noticed there when I was going to pay Niamh that that I had put that she had paid for them. Is there a way to change them?

Expenses are just like bills. If you click on the expense and delete the payment (at the bottom you’ll see the x). Then you can just apply the new payment to Niamh. You can also give Niamh limited access to Bullet and she can do it herself. She’ll also get access to the app.

  1. The thing is though I don't know what ones I have added for her :(
  2. I don't really want to give her access to my accounts :)
  3. Can I see the expenses she has somehow?

Ah. So on the access you can just give her access to invoices only expenses only etc. If you click on Wages / Employees / Niamh and on the right you'll see expenses link.
  5. Cool! Thanks Pete :)))
  6. Sorry one more thing. I want to give her a Christmas bonus and the account said that I can give anything under €500 tax free. I added an addition called Christmas Tax Free Bonus so do I just add this to her total? It doesn't seem to calculate it in for some reason? Am I doing something wrong?
