hey so im doing up invoices and during the job there were expenses which the client is to pay for so i want to include the receipts with the invoices. I have done the attach file in the actions section of invoices but once i choose the files on dropbox and send the invoice (im doing practice ones to see what will arrive with real invoices) the invoice arrives perfect but there is no attachments with it. am i missing something?

Hi. The attach files is only for internal use.
You can either download the invoice as a PDF and email as normal.
Or you can just use a Dropbox link in the online invoice in clients comments.

  1. ah thats a good idea thanks ill do the dropbox link for now since i had been doing emailing pdf invoices and it was so messy and im in heaven with your system
