  1. yes I am trying to add suppliers to Money out - These are halls that we use - some are used weekly, some only sporadically at weekends I put them all into Supplier category with charges and we have just been told that we owe 18k from Jan 2015

    They're just bills.

    Enter them when they come in, there is no pattern to them.
  5. okay can I save their details into the system?
  6. and then just look them up and add the amount as they come in or do I have to input every time?

    When you added the payroll app, you'll have been told you get 30 days free you should have got an email to say the same.
    When that 30 days is up you'll be asked for your credit card, that's it!
    If you're setting up payroll we STRONGLY advise you import the P2C file. Everyone who doesn't makes a mistake. The P2C file will setup everything correctly, then you don't need to worry.

    Are you having difficulties with the product. I'm only asking cause we give 30 days free tries on everything and the questions you're asking you already seem to know the answers to?
  19. so I help out admin & accts with a few business and I am persuading them to use your products - but I am learning "on the job" so to speak - so myself and Maruice were doing his invoices last night and we were using the basic product which he loved but said he would only use it if he could change categories and definitions - I was looking at the upgrade online but then to be honest it was 10pm and I was knackered so went off to bed - I will sign up for the trial today and fiddle around with it

    Ha. Ok, Bullet designed or play. Just use it - you can delete everything you create simply.
    It's just like facebook or any other social media tool.

    Sure. Bullet's setup for invoice based business. So everything you need will be there.
    It's designed for simplicity not complexity, therefore you can customise somethings but not everything.
    We lock the rest down as usually people who like deep customisation results in complex accounts :)
    Bullets is simple accounts for busy people.
