Hi,
Great. You can’t save bank details in Bullet, we don’t need it. All banks transfers are done from your bank account to their bank account. What Bullet doesn’t everything up to that point.

The best way to set-up employees is to import your P2C file – that sets up all your employees correctly.
Does that makes sense?

Well, if you looking to pay someone. Then you need to add them as a payee on your bank account so you can transfer the money to them. That's all done on the bank account, and only needs to be done once

    Shoot
  6. we have about 500 customer paying us every 3 months up to this it has been cash but we now have a new website and are trying to take all bookings and payments on line - we are using stripe as our payment tool - is there any way that we can intergrate stripe with Bullet HQ so that when we get paid this payment is recorded in stripe automatically
  7. I meant automatically recorded in Bullet HQ from stripe

You can integrate Stripe into our invoices. We've integrated with that payment option on Stripe.
You don't really need an integration for stripe for what you're looking to do. You can just import your bank transactions.
Just note you won't be able to reconcile your bank account. This is because services like Stripe skim amounts from the total, a 3rd party payment.
In other words, you create a Class for 100, Stripe take 10 and give you 90. 90 hits your Bank account but your Sale (invoice) is 100. That leaves 10 that Bullet can't account for.
Bullet is designed for invoices so if you billed 100, you would get paid 100. Everything matches. If you get a bill for 10 you create a bill for 10. With Stripe it's 10 out of the 100.
    Does that makes sense?
You can still use Bullet but it will probably be mid this year before the fix is in, we've to rewrite the whole reconciliation engine.

  9. okay great thank you it all makes sense

Cool - sorry about that. But the marketplace payment model is new, and was traditional only used in service offices.
    We'll get it update this year, but it's a big re-write :(
Thanks - any other Q's were just here.
