Hi, by accident I canceled my trial for payslips, and now it is not letting me in without paying, I have been on it just few hours, can I have it back? Anyways I paid for it now but if you can get me trial back its would be great ;) Another question, I have submitted expense but on the invoice it is having VAT, and here I cannot add VAT value (I am still not registered for VAT, it is new company,) so will I be able to edit it later and add VAT as supposed?

Hi.
Sure I’ll apply the credit to your account.
Yep. We can migrate your account to Vat, but you can’t go the other way.
When your vat registered, just click Tax and on the right you’ll see Register for Vat.

  1. Could you suggest me is VAT something good to be doing at the start or should I rather wait with registration for VAT? I might be offering more services at the start to wide public, and after some time it should by the way of business plan be more business with companies.
  2. Sry one more question, I will be making cash receipts, and will from time to time upload it to the bank account, should I when recording it as invoice note that they are separated items for example 20 people buys my training services, should I record it as:
    Client: Cash in
    Item description: Training services
    Quantity: 20
    Price: 10
and then have it up on the date when I actually recorded it with the bank, or when actual payment took place, what do you think?

I can't really suggest anything about Vat. That's a question for your accountant I'm afraid.
The key thing is match your bank account with your Bullet accounts.
If you do 10 training sessions a week. You can create 10 invoices or one weekly invoice.
    Tks Pete
  4. Aha so if I deposited money onto bank account at once then I should do one invoice. If I got it correct.
    Thanks a mil.

Depends on how you want it recorded.
  7. Great! That means the date of invoice is date I deposited money on account, and in description I add day of the training.

Sure, import our bank statement and create your invoices from the bank reconciliation.
  9. Great customer service, thanks!
