I’m not to sure what you mean – You can just edit them as you like. Give me an example of what you’d like to do and I can help better.

  2. The invoice has column headings for Item, Quantity, Rate ans Description. Can I change these headings?
  3. for example UD Account Number, Compnay, Unit Price, Total

Ah, ok no you can edit them but if for example you want not to display the Qty or Rate you can do so by editing line items. 

You can edit line items, by clicking Line Items from the drop down in ‘Line Item’, on invoice creation, or by clicking on settings.

    If it's "Item", you can edit them by clicking on Invoice Settings > Line Items
  4. when you Add New Item, it is persistent and re-apprears for other invoices. I want to delete an item from the drop down menu under item on the invoice.

    Yep just follow what I said. You can control line items in Invoice Settings > Line Items.
