Hi guys. Just a wishlist. Every time I create a quote for a client on Bullet, I always have to open our T&Cs in another Word doc and copy/paste them in to Notes visible to the client section on the estimate.Poor you! I hear you say… but it would be really handy if there was some way to save such t&c’s into all quotes automatically. I’ll leave that with you…thanks. Cormac

Hi Cormac,
You can do that already. Infact you can have different T&C’s for different clients. I created a mock invoice for you here with your company branding and your T&C’s.
If you’d like to know how to create that look at this
Thanks Pete
PS – I noticed you haven’t closed off any of your todo’s – do you not find them helpful?

re the to-do. we file our VAT3 returns back to our accountant. I usually submit everything from tolls to parking to random business related expenses. I don't add all of these to Bullet and so the VAT3 figures are always a little bit skewed. So.. I just ignore them!

I only really add big bills from suppliers, printers and then your standard office rent, mobile bills, broadband, etc...

Ok. So why do you give that work to your accountant?

Honestly, i wouldn't have time to enetr every single item I was prepared to out down as expenses. But you're right. I'd probably save ourselves money by just letting Bullet tell us the VAT3 figures
