Hi Guys. Just wondering if there is a way to create a recurring bank transfer. It’s because we took our wages in the form of drawings. We are now set up as payroll employees but want to quickly reconcile the account without entering 8 bank transfers a month (2 sets of weekly payments to partners bank accounts) Thanks in advance.

We don’t at the moment. Sorry about that. The reason we were slow to put in recurring transfers is people forget about them till it’s too late (Tax period). Where as with recurring invoices it only affects tax when you’ve marked it as paid, therefore requiring user input.

I though that might be the case. Building it for best practice makes sense. Thanks

Yea. Sorry about that there is a load stuff we'd automate but it leads to bigger problems.
But we've a new app coming out. Kind of like a slack for accounts. You'll be able to ask Bullet to do stuff for you and we'll do it. So like what you've mentioned!

Thats great, would be good to be able to see the full list of non reconciled entries to bulk apply things to them. Thanks for your help. Really like the app, keep up the good work.

Yep. Well some it will be all automated, you'll just click to accept.

Just another quick one. We had an employee last year but once his employment is terminated he no longer appears under employees which I need in order to assign money out to his wages. Can I select terminated employees for entries for the previous year. You get what I mean?

So did you pay wages for him, prior to terminating him?
  7. peterm May 29, 2016
I entered wages for him and set the dates for when he was employed.

We only started using bullet after he left, this will be the same for other part time employment last year

    Cool did you do this.
Setup employee. Terminated Employee. Didn't pay wages through Bullet for that employee during that creating and termination time?
