Hi Guys new member to Bullet HQ and very impressed. Curious if my first two invoices have been sent as i didnt get a copy to my own personal email. Or do i need to include the hotmail server details before i can send invoices? If so where would i find those details for hotmail. Thank you.

Welcome to Bullet. 
Our email engine is constantly monitored as we sent 1000’s of invoices a day. 
Here is a live test to show you what happen, where to check for read receipts and where the settings are. 
It’s most likely a problem with the settings you put into Bullet

    Yep, we accept all email settings. When you send an invoice you should receive it in your inbox within 30 seconds.
    If you're not receiving them you've put in the wrong information.

    Hi Pete, Sorry having another issue. I registered my email with an error and cant seem to find a way to change it, that was the issue.

    Sure. Follow these steps:
    Add the multi user app
    Add your new email address
    Make new email address admin
    Logout
    Login as new email address
    Open multi user app
    Delete your old email address
    Uninstall the multi user app.
