Hi, I added a bank transfer of wages on 19 december but it didn’t get transferred. is there something else i need to do?

I’m not sure what you mean. We don’t transfer money in or out of your bank. The banks don’t allow any access like that. 
You need to do the transfers in your bank account and then record them in Bullet. You can do that by importing your bank statement in Banks >Your Bank Account > Import.
