Hi Shane,

You need to download our sample file and copy/paste you’re HSBC statement into it. The most important thing is you keep the formatting and headers that are in the sample doc. It should look like the sample doc.
Here is how you get that and I’ve attached the sample doc. If Bullet rejects your file it’s cause it doesn’t look like this.

Thanks Pete, I was sure these worked before without any changes...?

Banks change all the time Shane, it's probably just that. Maybe download a fresh file to make sure it didn't get corrupt. Also when you open a file it can change formats so download and upload without opening the file.
If not then make it match the file I sent you.

Can you show me what you expect the Ulster Bank business file format to look like, I am guessing because you have different options mapping for the different types of account is different.

I don't understand. It's an ost file you can't open it.
The xls I sent you is what Bullet is expecting.

Just do the copy and paste, there is no other way around till the banks let us sink like they do in the US.

Ok, maybe that's the problem I am using the csv from UB not the out file option.

    Thank you!

Coolio. Try the OST file, if that doesn't work then you'll have to do the cut/paste.
