Hi, I sent a quote off to a client and it is marked as sent to my client and to me but I haven’t received it in my email so I assume the client hasn’t either.I created a test client and test invoice and clicked to send it to my email. It still hasn’t arrived. I think the old account that I had with the VAT was sending invoices fine but this new account opened hasn’t sent any.

Hi our email servers are constantly tested – we’re not seeing any issues. 
Here are some things to check.  

  • Ask your client to check their spam filter. 
  • Check your emails settings in Bulle

Here is me sending a test comes in instantly.

    That's strange that you can't see an issue. I checked all my emails as I always copy the invoice/quote to myself too and I haven't received any since I changed over. I was also just in touch with one of my clients and they confirmed they haven't received any invoice, not even in their spam. My email does contain anything sent through my old account but nothing through my new account.

    I can't see it cause it's not an issue with our servers. We're sending the mail, you're just not seeing it, once it's left our servers we've no control over it.

    I received your test invoice at 11.32 but the two test ones I did haven't come through. I have checked my email settings and they are fine.

    Sure, some services don't let you send mails to yourself.
    Either way those tests and our logs show no issue on Bullets side. Let me know how you get on.
