When did they leave, get terminated?

We generated a p45 back in Jan '15, we may have added the account again but I can't be sure - that must be what happened
Yep, if you look here you can see you can still make a payment for her.

When you terminate here you can pick the date, if she's being reactivated you can just pick the original date.

Ok cool, that explains it! I just terminated her have refreshed and went out of the page. she's still not showing up as an employee when i select 'Generate p45'

We have a bug in the system for payroll it won't allow you to generate the P45 till 12 tonight. So you'll be able to generate it tomorrow :)

Sure no problem. Sorry about the bug (it's actually not a bug, but people can be a bit trigger happy with "certain", employees - so we built in a cooling off period).
Anyway let me know if you've any issue tomorrow. Sorry about the 9minute delay in getting back to you.
