Hi Kevin,
If you click Bank Accounts you’ll see import statement. You can import you bank account statement then.
If it’s saying there are no items to reconcile then there is probably no imported bank account data.
We can’t email that address the idea of the multi user app is for this purpose (your email gets emailed automatically once added).
This implies your in breach of our T&C’s.
We work hard to deliver a 100% free accounting product to help small biz. We make money to pay staff by charing for apps. Those apps are usually required when the company is established.
We also wanted to run that using a honour system.
Please advise your client to install the multi user app and add you as a user. You’ve just requested we scam our own system.
If you’ve any other questions on the Rec please let me know.
I’ll check to see if they app is installed over the next day or two with a view to suspending it if not.

    Hi Pete, I was not aware of the multi-user app requirement. I will speak to my client today and I'm sure they will have no problem adding this app in order to add me as a user. I have no doubt there has been no deliberate breach of your T&C's, I will talk to my client today and make sure they have done everything required. Thanks, Kevin

    That's no problem. I know that my client has already paid a fee to ye for the use of the software. They will have no problem paying anything due. Also, I'd like to possibly suggest your software to other clients of ours - this is the first time I've heard of Bullet and it looks very impressive. Could you possibly forward an information leaflet about Bullet that I give to other clients?

    Hi Kevin,
    Thanks, we actually targeted accountants in the beginning but they didn't like our automation. So we just focused on the end user.
    So you know - we're similar in spec to Xero for service based businesses but we've build a big software layer that sits on top of the accounting product. This layer has all the accounting logic built into it.
    The end user just follows our flows and the software builds the management reports, automates taxes etc. Anything outside of the workflows can be managed with our Manual Journal Entries etc.
    So we're a full double entry accounting product with full management reports, and multi currency to the bank account.

    We have a old doc done but it's probably a little out of date with our competitors. But, I'll get an updated one done for you.

    That's ok. We didn't want to be hard ball on it. But there are a good few people hacking it - always a good sign the app is needed.

    Maybe we need to be better at letting people know. We'd rather the honor system when the Rambo system.
