Hi. I’m an accountant sampling the software for my personal accounts. I really like it. I have a question on recurring supplier invoices. Is there anyway to delete (or amend) one once it has been set up. Or is it just that it has to be credit noted. The recurring invoice was set up as being direct debited (as it was a mortgage payment) but there were overpayments which had changed the fixed amount. Thanks for the help. Willie

Hi Gavin,
Sorry for the delay.
If you go to the first instance of the recurring invoice you can edit it there – it’s like the engine for the rest of them.
The same applies for Supplier Invoices too.
Hope that helps, let me know.

  1. Hi Pete, It's Willie. Many thanks for that. One other item that has popped up is where there was a lodgement to a bank account that was the net of a sales and purchase invoice. On the bank reconciliation (once transactions are imported) is to select the sales invoice that the lodgement relates to. To make it right I would need to select a sales invoice and a purchase invoice. Any ideas? Willie

    Hi W,
Again sorry for the delay - our notification isn't working on our support app - I'll get that fixed.
At the moment you can't reconcile against two objects in Bullet in the direction of Bank multiple lines your
bank statement to be one item in Bullet.
So you can get 10k in and pay off multiple invoices but not the otherway around.
We're looking to fix that in the next release of the rec engine. It's a complete re-write I'm afraid so will probably be early next year.

Sorry about that Willy. You can do it in Jounal
