Hi. Are you using Bullet default or are you using your own email?

    Ok it's probably your email settings are wrong. You'll need to contact your hosting company and ask them for the setting.

    Our mail servers are working.

    So that shows you the bullet side is working. Your hosting company will have the info. Just click on settings/email and said the hosting comp for the info needed for the fields.

    Ok you can't mix those two.

    But you can change the older accounts email to use the old email on the new account.
    Follow these steps:
    Add the multi user app
    Add your new email address
    Make new email address admin
    Logout
    Login as new email address
    Open multi user app
    Delete your old email address
    Uninstall the multi user app.
