Hi, I’ve been chatting about VAT breakdowns and RTD and different VAT rates within invoices earlier this year with you. I’m checking in to see if there is any progress on addressing some of these issues. Basically, my IT business provides both products and services so I use both vat rates. I produce a lot of small invoices throughout the year so impractical to go through manually. I also use UK and worldwide suppliers so I also had to troll through all bills. The RTD took me over a month of late nights to get sorted manually and now the CSO are looking for details that I can best find through my VAT returns breakdown. Unfortunately I can’t access this in Bullet as it was just a downloadable file. I need to know the annual breakdown for box T1. Is there anything in motion to address these issues? Thanks, Rob

Hi Rob. I don’t think so. We’re keeping away from tax as people don’t value it.
If we put automated RTD on the homepage nobody would understand it nor the work involved.
But we’d talked about producing a report to help people. I’ll ask the tech team and get back to you in the next couple of days.

    Yeah, a report to break everything down would be fantastic. It would definitely solve the problem if it breaks down all I mentioned.
    At least it would be possible for me to do everything manually without the need of another books program.
    That would be good news if can be done.
