Cool - Give me a min and I'll have a look.
Explain that a bit more, as in Bullet to Bullet invoicing?
  5. Shane Gray October 18, 2015
No, you send me an invoice for Bullet which I then have to manually enter! Thanks

Ah, I get you Shane. We're a little nervous about automatically adding bills to accounts even though it's us.

So if I look at the message from Bullet "Only years for which the employee has tax details entered will appear."

I was in there for 2014

So can I fill them in?
  2. Shane Gray October 18, 2015
I was sure i imported a file from revenue for both of us.
  3. Shane Gray October 18, 2015
    in early 2014
  4. Shane Gray October 18, 2015
There's a bunch of wages gone through too for me.
  5. Peter Connor October 18, 2015
Course, but we always recommend people us our P2C file import to do that. ROS create that and ROS are always right even when they're wrong.
Just leave it for the moment Shane and I'll pass this to John. I see you've paid yourself over that 2014 period. So I don't want you editing previous tax periods.
I'll pass the call to John and he'll get back to you over the weekend or Monday with a solution. Hope that's ok.

    Pete

Looking at your screenshot I wonder is the issue that these are the correct figures as all my allowances were with another employer hence they are zero. No reason why I can't get a Bullet P60 though
  10. Shane Gray October 18, 2015
I wont do anything until I hear from him but need the P60 quite soon.
  11. Peter Connor October 18, 2015
Cool - let's just wait to see what John has to say. Won't be long

    Hi Shane,
There's a little quirk in the system - it expects you to have tax details recorded for the start date of the employee in order to show a P60 link for that year. In your case, you have a start date of 1st May 2014, but your tax details are from 8th May 2014. If you change the start date of those tax details to the 1st May (or change the start date of the employee to 8th May), then you'll be able to see the P60 link for 2014.
If you're changing historical tax details, you'll need to click on the lock icon to "unlock" previous tax years details to change them.

    John.
