Revenue have told us we have to pay her but at highest rate of tax: 40% PAYE, 8% USC, 6% PRSI, I have set her up as an employee without the need for her PPS number- I left it blank. However, the emergency tax rate Bullet calculates is not high enough- how can I edit this?

You can manually add people to payroll as your doing but we don't advise it cause it always ends in errors.
You accountant will be able to setup your employee.
