Hi Pete, I am getting an error when I try to import bank transactions using the template. The error is
Cannot Import File
There was a problem with the imported file: Invalid header

    Even though I am using the template provided and copying the data from my (aib) bank file to the template in Excel and saving it as CSV (Comma Delimited) before uploading. Any other ideas I can try?

    No luck - and there's no line in the spreadsheet shown in the error message - just "Invalid header"

Just make sure your using the same headers in the template when you download it.
The error might give you a line in the spreadsheet, check that line if your giving it.

    Computer shouldn't make a difference. Send me the full file and I'll login to your account and import it - if it works I'll delete the import and you can reimport.
