Hi Pete. I just signed up for your enhanced invoicing. Would you mind showing me where/how I can set up a new template to be used to quotations? I think I found it. It comes under invoice templates? I just need somewhere where I can keep our quote T&C’s always saved and within every quote

Cool thanks for signing up Cormac. You can create as many templates as you want now. We always suggest setting up templates for upsells.
Sell Hosting, have a banner for website updates.
Sell a site, have a banner for SEO.
Sell a SEO, have a banner for Social Media Marketing etc.

Nice work on your site Cormac. I see a looooooooooooooooot of small biz websites. You've got your client work upfront which is great.
One tiny mod I'd make is in each project profile you should have a quote and photo of the client.
I'd also make the main image arrow pulse of something, you see strong images so the arrows get lost (good testiment to the brands you've created).

You can't C, we'd have to hack the system and cause everything is interconnected (workflows) it has knock on effects.
You can create your own sequence and we'll increment it by +1
  5. I use my own sequence and currently I'm on number 295
  6. Peter Connor November 16, 2016
What do you want it to be?
  7. start from number 296- and then I just tag the clients name on to it for my own reference.
  8. so at the minute it's stuck at EST-230 by default. change this to 296 and increment from there
  9. that would be sweet...

If you just want to start from 296 then just put 296 in and it was go 297 298 299 etc.
  11. thanks for your msg on the website btw. we just launched this week and it's been on my todo list for 18 bloody months!! I'll take your feedback onboard and see what design think.
  12. so yep, start from 296 and onwards
  13. Peter Connor November 16, 2016
    Cool.
  14. will it work automatically now if I put in 296??

    Sure, see it here. http://recordit.co/HtnWXVwVs1
  16. So on the invoice/quote template it has payment details with the terms underneath this and then a heading with additional notes underneath this.Is this meant to be like this? it seems confusing. I would think the additional notes should have the terms text underneath.

Additional Notes are from Create Invoice

  1. I'm creating a template for use in quotes.
  2. I put in my T&C's
  3. Peter Connor November 16, 2016
Same template. If you don't like that template there are 2 others to pick. Play around and pick the one you like or suits you the best.
  4. but they appear under payment details (which is a bit confusing ) am I doing something wrong?
  5. I assume templates for quotes are created under the add invoice templates?
  6. Peter Connor November 16, 2016
    I don't understand the issue?
  7. Peter Connor November 16, 2016
The templates are what they are, outside of content they can't be changed.
  8. Hi Pete.re the quote number. I know you can manually change it but what I was asking was could the default system number on our bullet account be changed to 299 instead of being what it is now.
  9. Peter Connor November 16, 2016
Cool. No that's can't be done. Sorry.
  10. Hi Dave,
Your live link just stopped working there?
Have a look at the quote I’ve just created…. It has Payment Detailswith the terms & condition text right underneath it, followed by Additional Notesunderneath this text.
Is it meant to be designed that way? It seems confusing… if anything it should have Additional Notes on top with the T&C’s underneath it.
This quote was built using the black template option.
    Best Regards,
