Hi Pete. Just wondering, were you not going to waive the charge for enhanced invoicing going forward? This is what I read from a previous conversation… I notice we’re still getting billed. I’ll probably just cancel the service if not.

  1. "As in if you've multiple businesses then you can afford to pay for the service, but if you don't we'll honor the free to help small biz. "

Hi Cormac,
Do you pay yourself?

Great. Well if you can come up with a way that we can pay yourself while giving everything away for free then I'll give you our Enhanced invoicing app for free.
It's taken 6 years to get bullet her 5 of them was zero salary for both of us so we could keep the cost low. If your not happy with Bullet, you can try Xero at 30pm (you won't get your vat returns done and you'll have to add about 1-2k to your accounting fees, or Big Red Book at 25pm again same issues around Xero apply.
    Hope that helps. P
  3. Thanks for your response Pete. I was merely following up on a suggestion/offer that you yourself made. I appreciate it must a tough business to compete in, no more than any other business.

Sure, it's a problem with freemium. When we started Bullet. Our accountant was offering us Sage for 4K and a 1K training course! How times change.
