Yep, the reason we do that is people were deleting accounts not realising they need to keep company data for 7yrs. Seeing as Bullet is free, they usually decide to leave the account.
But, if you’d like the account deleted we can do that no problem – it’s your data.

Sorry I didn't recognise the account. So the easiest way to do that is to use the multi user app.
Add your new account as admin - logout and login as the new admin account. Then just add the new accounts and delete the old ones (they don't get deleted just suspended - that's because of historical hooks).
