Hi Peter, I’ve checked in the community and I think the only way to delete an account is contacting the staff, right?

Yep, the reason we do that is people were deleting accounts not realising they need to keep company data for 7yrs. Seeing as Bullet is free, they usually decide to leave the account. 
But, if you’d like the account deleted we can do that no problem – it’s your data.

    Ha,
    Sorry I didn't recognise the account. So the easiest way to do that is to use the multi user app.
    Add your new account as admin - logout and login as the new admin account. Then just add the new accounts and delete the old ones (they don't get deleted just suspended - that's because of historical hooks).
    Make Sense?
  3. Yes, that's something that I've already done. I'd be more safe knowing that if we don't renew the domain "donnaitalia.ie" (and we will not) nobody can in the future buy it and have the suspended accounts still connected to our company.

    Hmmm. I'm not sure how we could block that - they'd have to know you were using Bullet.
  6. Mmh, ok, that's not impossible as you could expect as we had to hand-off the name "DonnaItalia" and the related domain (when it will expire) to a different company. I'll ask the management if this could be an issue or not.
