Ah cool - Sorry if you're a ltd company you can have multiple companies under the one login. As a sole trader you are the company, and therefore can only have one.
So do the following.
In this current company rename the company to Delete This Company, so we know which one.
Logout
Create a new company (you'll need to use a new email - you'll be able to change this later).
You can add the multi user app by going to Cog->Manage Users – add your email account as a new administrator for your company - then logout. An email invite to Bullet will be sent to your new email account. Click the link and login in with your new credentials.
You can go back to "Manage Users" and then disable your old email address's access to the company.
You can then cancel your trial for multi users from the app store.

Hope that helps, once you've done that we'll delete the old company and you're good to go. If you get VAT registered we can just migrate the company, just can't do it the otherway.
