Hi Val,
All the setting for multi user mode are in the setting menu, click the cog on the top right. It’s probably someone has given you limited access. 
Let me know how you get on.

    it's only giving me access to the Irish cos. Wonder is this related to payment on the card?

    Ok, so to flip between two companies you need to have multi user mode setup (as you're giving yourself access to multiple companies).
    It might be card related, if you click multi user more you'll get told by Bullet and be prompted to update or enter your card.
