Hi there, I was just wanted to check something, when someone pays by PayPal would this not automatically show up on our feed

    For example there are a few invoices there tht say overdue

If they were paid by paypal via the invoice they should be marked as paid. We can’t tell anything else outside of the invoice. Are you certain they were paid via the invoice and not transferred?

    I will double check it and see. Some have been paid via invoice obviously as they automatically come through as paid. So I will check the others to see.

    Ok, the only way we'll know they've been paid via paypal is via the invoice.

    Yeah they seem to be by invoice. And it seems the only ones I have an issue with are Michael Choate and Stephanie Sexton.... They are recurring invoices. Would that have anything to do with it.

    Ah ok so that's it, the recurring would be treated like a bank reconciliation.
    So the way reconciliation works is you match what's in your accounts product to your bank account.
    If money "appears", in the bank account/paypal account Bullet won't know till you match them.
    We're working on syncing them (hands are tied by banks etc) but we should have it done by end of this year, the EU regs are in. We should also have it done for PayPal quicker.
    Sorry about that but we can't read any of those systems.
