hi there, my Bullet Receipts app on my iphone isn’t accessing the camera properly – comes up just black blank – is this a problem with my phone or the app? I have deleted and downloaded the app again to no effect. thanks!

    Hi Peter, I have to head home now, back on Monday. I'll tinker with the phone over the weekend and see if there's something wrong at this end. Will log back in on Monday and let you know if there's been any changes, but drop a line if you find any fixes and I'll pick it up on Monday. Thanks a million

    Cool have a good weekend. I've installed it on a 5 9.2.1 which I think is the latest and it's working for me no problem. Let me know how your thinkering goes.

    Hi Peter, not sure what's going on. I've turned the phone off and on again a few times and I've checked to see if the camera works ok within other apps - and it does - so I'm not sure what else can be done at this end. Any ideas? :(

    Hi. More than likely, you have not given access to the Bullet application to your camera. Go into the iOS settings, select 'Privacy' from the left menu, then select 'Camera'. You'll see entry for 'Bullet' in there - make sure the switch is set to on (green in colour). That should more than likely do it.
