Sure what kind of statements are you looking for, there are a lot in accounts? What’s a question not a statement, boom boom smile

    :) You know the standard financial statement per customer ;;; showing for example the 5 invoices we've sent and 2 paymnets they made in a period leaving a balance of ... etc. Possible? Couldnt find it ..

    Sure, click on the client you want to run the statement on and you'll see them listed in the right. One is just for outstanding statements and one is for everything.

    Can I input an opening balances that predates use of the system? It's showing such a field but can't see how to edit it to a non zero amount ..? Ta

    Sure,
    you can add opening balances to bank accounts
    you can add opening balances to clients by creating invoices
    you can also use the journal entry system to bypass our workflows.

    Ah yes, ..... in this case, we had unpaid invoices on a manual system ... No way to show the balance they created ? Unless we remake invoices ?

    Cleanest thing is to re enter the outstanding invoices. You can do this two pages, create a client called "Outstanding Invoices", and put in a total, but that will have a knock on effect with your reconciliation.
    The best thing is to enter the outstanding invoice. Bullets built with a user flow so you'll bomb through them :)
