Hi, So it look like the headers (column titles at the top) are wrong.

When you’re doing the bank rec select “other” from the list of banks and you’ll see a download for an XLS file. 
Download this and copy  your columns into it, don’t change the header info. 

Does that make sense?

    Yep. I will give it a go but not today. Do you usually have trouble with Ulster Bank?

    We've trouble with all the banks - they're a pain in the ass.
    We've just integrated into a service for the US market. No uploads it's just a direct feed that updates when you're bank account updates..
    Takes 30 seconds to set-up and cleans the data so we can auto categorise, which means we can deliver live cash projections etc..
