You can’t. We’ve built bullet to make the most out of the tax system. 
If you have diff rates for your employees you’ll need to do that separately.

    No, track it in Bullet and just adjust at year end.

    perfect, thanks for your help. Last question if you don't mind. I want to add an expense for something I bought from America, what do I do for the section where it asks about VAT?

    with regards the car expenses does that mean i can only claim the expenses at the year end rather than monthly?

    USA Hey: Claiming int vat you might have to ask an accountant.
    Car: nit sure. I'm just saying if you don't track it you lose €€€€€€€€€€
    So track it and pay €100 and save €9000
