Q: How Do We Change The Payments To Employees To Fortnightly?

Me again, we have changed the payments to employees to fortnightly, since last payment fate 17 jan, our next one is this friday, do i change the personal details for everyone that is on payroll, and put in fortnightly? please advise

Yes, go in to each employee who is being changed to fortnightly pay, edit them and change the payment frequency to fortnightly. Have you finished entering the previous payment to all the employees that you were entering?
