How to remove employee from Bullet payroll software

Hi there,
I have setup a employee on my account by mistake, how do I remove employee from Bullet?

Hi Keith
Only terminated employees can be removed.
When viewing the employee, there should be a Terminate Employee option on the right. 
Click this, and follow the steps to set this employee to terminated.
Now when you view the employee again, there should be a delete button available.

    Hi, what is the error message. Bullet won't let you delete employee if there are pay runs against it.

    Thanks for the reply, there is no specific error message just the generic cat page. Its when I hit delete employee and confirm

    Just to let you know we've found out what it is but we're just trying to replicate it so we can build a test to make sure it doesn't happen again.

    Hi Pete,

    Thats great thanks. Although I have just tried to delete the employee and it said I can't as there are payments made, this is not the case. So I am not sure where I need to go next?

    Hi Keith,

    Hmm is it giving you a list of payments made against it? Had you made payments?

    You can see this if you go into that employee and click on Expenses Statement. If there is an expense marked against him you won't be allowed delete him until that expense is removed.
