Hi Enda,
We find it great from a support and feedback point of view, and has some useful features in terms of customer retention.  Haven’t used all its features yet though

    Hi,
    Still looks like a bug in our front-end. We run about 8hrs of script tests before each update. I'll add that to the script to catch it again.
    Thanks for letting us know. It's working perfect in the backend as you can see. It was a tricky page to build.

    Great, we'll be making the other steps more "preview" focused. It was a big code update, 1-2mts works, but it can be reused.
    I'm not sure what we use John & Lou take care of that. I was using the Royal we, my mother taught me. We've over 400k lines of code, and two apps (Irl, Int) so I'm sure he's using something.
