  13. Peter Connor October 9, 2015
    Hi John,
Yes, you should get a notification, "bell" icon on the top right, when someone has opened the email of the invoice.
You can also get an email notification, this is enabled from Email preferences -> Email Notification Settings
  14. jfitzgld 1 October 9, 2015
ok! thanks I go to try email notification, thank you very much
  15. jfitzgld 1 October 9, 2015
Can I look back at the invoices sent to a particular email address and see if they were opened -
  16. Peter Connor October 9, 2015
Sure, if you click on the invoice in question, and then on the right you'll see "comments" in the menu, click that and you'll see a full history.

does bullet do a cash flow projection

    Hi J,
Not at the moment. We have full management reports Accountant & Report Tools on the top menu.
We will be bringing out reporting, with cash flow and project cash flow forecast. Hopefully before Christmas. The reason for the delay is you can only build good reporting on good data and SME's are terrible for dumping stuff into the wrong categories.
So with the live bank feeds coming, we'll be able to build the reports automatically and they'll be correct
  19. jfitzgld 1 October 9, 2015
looks good - when is the live bank feed to come
  20. jfitzgld 1 October 9, 2015
will it work with Bank of Ireland
  21. jfitzgld 1 October 9, 2015
will these be paid or free facilities
  22. Peter Connor October 9, 2015
    Hi,
The feeds are available in the US via Plaido.com so we'll intergrate there first.
The EU is bring the regulation in to decentralise banks (less risk).
The first part of the plan was Sepa payments (we're integrating with Fire (realex) to give you a bank account - that will have live feeds into Bullet).
The seconds part of that are Bank Feeds - the banks have to comply, hopefully next year or so.
But we'll have the reports done, and they'll work manually.
I'm not sure, we'll probably charge for it. How much would you pay for it?
    Pete

depend on hoe much time saved and added value - - and if it does a reconciliation - could be converted into smout of time saved by s person at a rate per hour. A half dy be €50 - for example. Then be an actual saving
  24. Peter Connor October 9, 2015
Indeed all valid points. Sadly SME's done value accounts (most of what we're doing) but we'd to build it to deliver the value add like cashflow etc.
So you'd be happy to pay about €50pm to have it all automated, rec and cashflow reports, low cash alerts etc
    Pete

they will pay for a bank rec - it does everybodys head in and is a core document for a SME. If there is a bank rec it ties up the accounts. SMEs will go long way to have a bank rec - good knowledge where actual cash going. Much more important the forecasting in a way. It is taking quality time from their families - ticking columns figures in evenings.
  26. Peter Connor October 9, 2015
Indeed - we do bank rec, but it's not automated - tricky to do full automation.
That's the idea of Bullet, more time to do everything else but accounts!
    Pete
