I have a problem with bullethq and I need your help because I’ve nothing done today. I am doing a few invoices on bullethq in the money out section at the moment and every time I press review the VAT always seems to disappear and I’ve clicked on make changes, logged out and logged back in and refresh the page and it does not make a difference every time I press review the VAT is just gone. I have restarted the computer updated an old browser and I’ve also downloaded a totally new browser and nothing at all will fix the problem. Also I’ve tried using the website on a different computer I even tried doing it trough a phone and its the same problem over and over again the VAT just keeps disappearing every time i press review. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi Yan,
I found the problem when you registered your account with Bullet you didn’t select that you were VAT registered, you can see here what you should be seeing if your account was registered for VAT.

We can register you for VAT on Bullet. Please provide the following.
    1) You VAT number.
    2) The date the government registered you for VAT.
    3) Your company name.
    4) The email you use to manage that company in Bullet.
    Thanks Peter
  2. Thank you very much but I only have some of the information as I am doing work experience here and I am using Yans account to put in invoices but here is the following:

    Hi Roberta,
This is from our email convo.
That's cool - when you have them pop them into that chat we had then I can assign the conversation to the accounts department. That chat is the quickest way to get us, I can be away from my desk a lot :)
Ok I'm a bit lost. You say Yan isn't registered for VAT. "I know that Yan is not registered to VAT but when I was doing money in it was fine not a problem."
If that's the case why are you entering VAT. You have to be VAT registered to charge VAT and claim VAT.
    Pete
  6. I didn't know that Yan was not registered to VAT until you have told me earlier on today and that why I am confused because when I was doing Invoices on money in I could put in the VAT no problem but now it is so I'm kinda confused. Does that make any sense to you.

    Roberta,
Outside of Bullet is Yan setup for VAT with Revenue?
  8. I haven't got a clue I'm so sorry I'll get you all this information when he is back in the office it shouldn't be to long.

    Hi Roberta,
So I looks like I sent you a screenshot from the wrong account - that's my fault. You're account is setup for VAT.
But as you can see in this video I did create an invoice with VAT.
Let me know if I'm missing something
  10. Hi Peter
I tried doing a Add bill/Expense and it won't let me put in the VAT once I press review the VAT disappears can you please check it out.
    Roberta
  11. Also I've noticed that when I'm putting in a face made up expense its working but when i put in a real one the VAT just disappears..
  12. I mean a fake made up expense.

    Pete

    Hi Yan,
Our tech team is looking at it but there is nothing unique about my machine.
You could download jing and record what you're doing we might have a better idea?
    Cheers

    Hi Roberta,
Everything seems okay from our side - I wasn't able to reproduce the issue you're seeing (I used the same version of Chrome you're using on Linux). I would suggest trying a different browser (Firefox) or trying Chrome on a different Operating System - as it's possible that there's something specific about your chrome installation that is causing an issue.

  17. Hi John,
Everything is fine out I figured out the problem. It was something to do with the date but everything is working fine now. Thank you very much for your help :)
