Which employee is this for Robbie?

yes that's correct, the only thing i can see is that there appears to be two sections for his tax credits, first for from the time he joined us to the end of the year which are 0 and the second section which is for the full year in 2016 which has his correct tax credits, the employee is david hynes

would you like a copy of the p2c file?
  4. Peter Connor August 14, 2016
Yes, can you send us a copy of the P2C file

The P2C file states that David's tax details are from 1st January, so the tax details you previously entered for 11 May to 31 Dec, 2016 are invalid (and because the date is later, these incorrect tax details are overriding the P2C tax details). If you believe that the tax details that you previously entered for 11 May to 31 Dec, 2016 are incorrect, you should delete them (edit the employee, click the lock icon beside the 11 May to 31 Dec, 2016 tax details, and then click the delete button). Any wages you then enter for David for 2016 will use the P2C tax details from now on.
