I have paid an employee subsistence expenses but they don't show on bank account transactions

Need a clarification on this transaction. 
On 10th November last, I paid an employee a subsistence expense of €50. It is listed as a paid subsistence transaction but is not showing as a bullet transaction in the Bank statement?
Any help appreciated.

Hi Richie,
Recording expenses for an employee just records the fact that the business owes the employee money. It’s when you pay the employee a wage that includes expenses that it’s considered paid. Let us know if you would like more information.
