Hi Amanda,
Make sure you select the right type when doing the import (AIB, Ulster Bank, Other etc).  Are you trying to import a CSV file you write yourself (in which case, you should select ‘Other…”) or an export from the bank website itself?
John.

  1. Hi John Its from the bank website, well AIB gives you the option to export, so i did that and it exports into a CSV file. But keeps coming up Invalid Header

Make sure you select the correct option for business account vs personal account. Do you login through IBB? If so, select the business AIB option. Otherwise, select the personal option when selecting the type. Let me know if that makes sense
  3. John I have figured out the problem but haven't a clue how to fix it. When I open my CSV file all the details are in 1 column within Excel, however when I open it on my phone (samsung) all the details are in there own columns so it must be something to do with my settings or something. Think I need an Excel Expert to fix it for me. I'll keep working on it.
