VAT threshold reached

We have been trading without charging VAT but we’ve now crossed the VAT threshold (with effect from 29th June 2015). How can I change my accounts on Bullet to reflect this? I saw a similar question before, marked as resolved but the answer doesn’t seem to be there, so I’m sorry to repeat a question.

Sorry that question didn’t get answered.
If you give me the following information I’ll get the account migrated to VAT. 
Company Name:
Email Address the Bullet account is with:
VAT number:
Date of VAT Registration:
We’ll migrate that tonight.
