Options for Director to finance the company – Free Online Small Business Accounting Software Questions & Answers

In which ways can one of the directors finance the company?
Obviously, director can pay expenses and register them without repayment (for a while).
What about directly providing capital?

Hi,
This is a question that you would be better asking your accountant.  There are a number of different ways that a director can provide funds for the company, but they have various different restrictions and tax implications, so it depends on your situation and business (and the amount of money).  Someone with more knowledge of your finances should be able to give you better advice.  If you don’t have an account, and are looking for one, then let us know.
